Buy new: $9.99 I swaddled my baby at first in receiving blankets, then I found these. They work great and make swaddling much easier, especially in the dead of night. The velcro bottom makes it easy to change diapers without un-wrapping (as long as your sleeper is not a zip up). We stopped swaddling in month 2 but went back to it in month 3 when baby started waking herself up when she flailed her arms.
