Buy new: $12.99 Born Free worked for us. There are a few extra parts compared to a plain bottle, but not as many as Dr Brown's. I feel like the vent system doesn't work as claimed and might use Avent if I were to try it all over.
Whatever bottle you decide on, I would skip the small 4/5oz size and just buy 8/9oz right away. You won't outgrow them and I thought they were easier to feed with/handle.

Buy new: $41.98 I recommend the larger types of swaddling blankets. The small ones become useless so fast and it never seemed like much trouble to have some extra material.
The muslin type material blankets are good for hot weather.

Buy new: $19.97 I prefer this Avent reusable/disposable setup to bags. You don't have to buy this kit, just get the 10 pack refills of lids and cups separately. Buy 8oz containers, your baby will likely eat that much when you defrost. The kit includes an adapter that lets you snap a regular Avent lid/nipple on the top of the container. When you are done using them for milk, freeze homemade baby food in them.
